Great Start to Regionals

Four of our swimmers travelled to K2 in Crawley to compete in the first weekend of the South East Region Age-Group Championships. Ben Newell (50m back), Chris Simms (50m breast, 100m breast, 200m breast), Freddie Wilkinson (100m breast, 200m breast) and Nick Simms (50m breast, 100m breast, 200m breast) all swam fantastically achieving PB's and all improving their entry positions. Particular congratulations go to Chris and Freddie who both qualified to compete in finals - Chris in the 100m breaststroke final where he finished an excellent 6th and Freddie in the 200m breaststroke final where he finished in overall 4th place.
